The Greek Language Program at the University of Ioannina was much more than a language course.
It brought together young people of Greek origin from around the world to learn or improve their Greek, immerse themselves in everyday life, and experience the language where it is spoken while creating lasting friendships along the way.
Over two enriching weeks, participants attended classes adapted to their level, lived on a vibrant university campus, explored the cultural heritage of Epirus through educational excursions, and gained confidence in using Greek in real-life situations.
